Porter Airlines announces fall/winter Myrtle Beach service

Porter Airlines is announcing its fall and winter schedule between Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport – the only non-stop service to Myrtle Beach from Canada.

A second year of fall service begins Sept.13, with twice-weekly flights operating on Thursdays and Sundays until Nov. 25.

Annual winter service runs from Feb. 14 through May 20, with up to five weekly flights during peak season from March 4 until April 28. Daily flights (excluding Saturdays) will operate during March Break from March 11 through March 17.

“We continue to see increasing demand for this route, and have responded with another year of fall service and an improved winter schedule,” said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. “Leisure passengers enjoy our range of seasonal destinations, and Myrtle Beach is a great place for Canadians looking to extend the summer season.”

Connecting flights to Myrtle Beach are available in Toronto for Ottawa, Montreal, Windsor, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Timmins and Halifax.
