IAEE announces 2015 Art of the Show Competition results, honouring excellence in exhibition and event marketing materials

The International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) announces the winners of its annual Art of the Show Competition. Of this year’s 190 submissions, 33 entries will be honoured for their creative use of several essential marketing elements needed to promote exhibitions and events. The winning and honourable mention entries will be featured in an interactive display at Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition to be held 1-3 December 2015 in Baltimore, Md.

“This year we unveiled a new entry submission system that was very successful and well-received,” said IAEE President and CEO David DuBois, CMP, CAE, FASAE, CTA. “Not only did we see an increase in the quantity and quality of the submissions this year, but we received valuable feedback from entrants that will make next year’s competition even better.”

The Art of the Show Competition recognizes excellence in promotional materials for the exhibitions and events industry. It includes 15 different categories of competition, spanning three show sizes. Each year IAEE presents a Best of Show award which is selected from the individual category winners of the Art of the Show competition. An independent, credentialed panel of judges selects the Best of Show winner. This year’s Best of Show winner is FreemanXP for its Autodesk University 2014 entry in the Signage/Decoration: Over 200,001 nsf category.
