Château Le Jardin’s Hotel Vie is set to take shape in Vaughan. This fall, the renowned meeting and events venue continued its plans to develop a 12-story luxury hotel at its central city location. And in addition to bringing new suites, offices, and networking spaces to the region, Hotel Vie will host the soon-to-be-famous Sopra Sopra Ristorante.
“We’re excited to make Hotel Vie a reality, and include amenities like the Sopra Sopra Ristorante restaurant and wine bar,” says Carlo Parentela, creator of Hotel Vie. “This isn’t going to be just a place to grab a delicious meal with friends and co-workers; it’s going to be an experience that will take events to that next level.”
According to Château Le Jardin, the restaurant will offer a chic dining experience paired with live entertainment and an unparalleled ambiance. Sporting a cozy and modern décor, it will feature a main bar, alternate lounge seating, and semi-private seating throughout.
“We want this space to be as versatile as possible,” notes Parentela. “For us, that means a restaurant where you can have private meetings, enjoy drinks with the team, or welcome an entire wedding party for a night of live music and entertainment.”
Atmosphere is one thing, he adds, but it will be the food that keeps guests coming back for seconds. Sopra Sopra Ristorante will offer a delicious range of European dishes prepared fresh and on-site. And given the Château Le Jardin’s reputation for food, the venue is confident that this new food and beverage hotspot will satisfy every taste that steps through its door.
Rising tall
Hotel Vie is a vision nearly 20 years in the making. The development is part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, which Château Le Jardin describes as a “growing global family of characterful, independent hotels drawn together by their passion for captivating design and their drive to create vibrant social scenes for guests and locals alike.”
Once complete, the facility will feature 261 hotel condo suites, 54 luxury executive offices, and a wealth of amenities, including the Giverny Spa, Wellness and Holistic Centre; the Salle de Gym + Bassin fitness centre; Le Jardin Courtyard; and Claude Monet Gardens, to name a few.
“We’ve been planning to introduce this hotel for many years, and we feel the time is right to make it happen,” adds Parentela, noting, “We still have some ways to go, but when Hotel Vie opens its doors, we’re confident that spaces like the Sopra Sopra Ristorante will make it the new must-visit meeting and event destination.”
