Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler has reinvented its meetings and events services.
The luxury hotel is offering enhanced hybrid meeting solutions and the option to run meetings concurrently at the same venue. The in-person audience can participate with any number of virtual attendees, thanks to state-of-the art technology and health and safety measures.
“Our mission is to create a bespoke experience for all participants, whether attending an event physically or virtually,” says general manager, Ali Mohammed.
Attendees can experience the best of alpine living in-person or without ever leaving the comfort of their homes, from culinary experiences featuring British Columbia’s fresh produce and mountainside classics to virtual cocktail classes.
The resort’s turn-key hybrid event possibilities include flexible, cost-effective solutions for small and intimate groups, enhancing the in-room and remote experience. Audiovisual experts and equipment are available to facilitate meetings, including high-definition cameras, screen projectors, conference speaker phones, webcams, innovative sound systems and other broadcast solutions.
Packages start from $1,500 for an intimate hybrid meeting experience for two to six participants, plus remote attendees. A full-day hybrid event solution for small to mid-size groups of up to 20 in-person attendees and the flexibility to scale as needed starts at $10,000.
Four Seasons Whistler can also facilitate access to COVID-19 testing for guests through a third-party provider, whether as an event requirement or for added safety at in-person gatherings. This is in addition to the resort’s enhanced health and safety measures, such as screening, increased sanitation, physical distancing and mandatory use of masks.
