GES Toronto Welcomes Robert Halasz

 

GES Toronto has a new general manager with the announcement that Robert Halasz is joining the organization. In this new role, Halasz will be focused on growing profitability, developing expert teams, and managing products, services, and production for exhibitions and events in the Greater Toronto Area.

Halasz spent the past 30 years in various positions in the exhibitions industry. Throughout his career, he has planned, developed, and executed targeted sales, marketing, business development, customer service, and account management initiatives for multiple clients. He oversaw high-profile, key client accounts such as G20 Summit, International Aids Conference, AA International Conference, and International Union of Public Transportation.

Halasz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Business Math from York University. He is a Certified Meeting Professional CEM (The Convention Liaison Council) and earned his Exposition Management Certification (International Association of Expositions & Events).
