Fern has announced a key addition to its senior leadership team with the addition of Sheila LeMaster in the role of senior vice president in its account management organization, along with the promotion of Katie Fitzgerald to director of operations for the Pacific Northwest Region.
Fitzgerald became part of the Fern team in 2019 following nearly 13 years with Triumph Expo, which Fern acquired. Fitzgerald began her career as an operations assistant and has been promoted from her current role as Operations Manager in Seattle to director of Operations for the Pacific Northwest Region, where Fern is the leading national and local provider of trade show services. This region of the northwest, including large event markets in Washington, Oregon, and northern California.

LeMaster joins Fern in a newly created leadership role that will work with the company’s Account Management team in delivering specialized account management. LeMaster’s focus will be on delivering an elevated organizer and exhibitor experience across all aspects of the design, production, and service delivery for our clients’ events.
