Manga Acquires Two Calgary Hotels

 

Manga Hotels announced the acquisition of the two hotels – Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Calgary, Alberta. With this acquisition, Manga increases its Hilton portfolio to 16 properties.

The 198-room Hilton Garden Inn and 122-room Homewood Suites share more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space and an impressive rooftop terrace with exceptional views of downtown Calgary and the Rocky Mountains. Amenities include the Garden Grille Restaurant and Bar, fitness center, second floor swimming pool, central interior courtyard, and underground parking. Situated in a prime location within downtown Calgary’s rapidly growing East Village neighbourhood, the 13-storey hotels are walking distance and transit-linked to the central business district connecting to the entire downtown core as well as the broader Calgary area.
