Saurav Sarkar has been appointed as the new executive chef at the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka in Ontario. The year-round luxury resort set on a granite bluff overlooks Lake Rosseau.
Sarkar brings more than decade of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels across Canada, Belgium and Australia. His refined approach to cuisine — where innovation meets authenticity — celebrates the finest locally sourced ingredients, presented with elegance and intention.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Australia, Sarkar has been recognized with numerous accolades for his culinary leadership, including being named one of Kostuch Media Limited’s 2023 Top-30-Under-30, a prestigious honour celebrating rising stars in Canada’s hospitality industry.
