Gray Collection has announced the appointment of Aïda Lounis to the role of hotel manager of Metcalfe Montréal.
Since joining Hôtel William Gray in September 2021 as director of rooms, Lounis quickly established herself as a key member of the organization. Through her vision, team-building skills and dedication to excellence, she has made significant contribution to the property’s success and reputation.
In her new role, Lounis will oversee overall operations at the hotel. She’ll be responsible for supporting the continued growth of the property while ensuring the highest standards of quality, service and hospitality that define the Gray Collection experience.
“Since joining Gray Collection, Aïda has distinguished herself through her professionalism, positive energy and ability to inspire those around her,” said Mathieu Larochelle, VP of operations at Gray Collection. “Her appointment as hotel manager of Metcalfe Montréal is a natural progression in her career and reflects the confidence we have in her leadership. I’m convinced she’ll bring the same passion and commitment to excellence that have defined her tenure at William Gray.”
