RDB Hospitality Group is expanding its Keyholder host agency platform into Canada, marking the company’s first international move since launching the model in the United States.
The hospitality, travel, concierge, and events company launched Keyholder in the U.S. in June, offering independent advisors accreditation, supplier relationships, booking systems and training while allowing them to retain ownership of their client relationships.
The expansion will be led by Montreal-based concierge and travel advisor Anna Roma, who has been named Lead Keyholder for Canada.
Roma, whose client network spans sports, entertainment and high-profile individuals, will continue serving her own clientele and specializing in Montreal while working with RDB to build a network of independent advisors across Canada.
“Canada is an important first step in our goal of building Keyholder into an international network,” said Rob DelliBovi, founder and CEO of RDB Hospitality Group.
“But for us, expansion isn’t about putting a flag in a market. It’s about finding the right people. We had an incredible relationship in Canada with someone who understands what we’re building, has an exceptional client network, and believes there is an opportunity to give independent advisors more support as they grow their businesses.”
An RDB Keyholder is an independent travel advisor who is part of the company’s host program
RDB has set an initial target of five Canadian Keyholders by the end of 2026, with plans to grow that number to 30 by the end of 2027.
The company is simultaneously expanding its U.S. network and exploring potential future growth in Africa, France, Spain, China and Mexico.
