Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has announced the appointment of two leaders to its executive team: Bob Wong as commercial director and Ashley Hardes as director of rooms.
Wong brings more than 16 years of hospitality leadership experience spanning eight urban and resort properties across Canada, including Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, where he most recently served since April 2025. Originally from Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, Wong has built a strong reputation for driving commercial success and cultivating meaningful relationships within the luxury travel market.
Hardes brings more than two decades of international hospitality experience. A native of Sydney, Australia, Hardes re-located to Canada and built a career in luxury hospitality, holding senior leadership positions in Jasper Alta., Vancouver and Whistler, B.C. Most recently based in Banff, Alta., he’s known for his people-first leadership style and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
