The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has appointed Rebecca Wright as interim CEO.
The appointment follows a comprehensive process led by SITE’s executive committee and affirmed by the SITE international board of directors. Wright succeeds Annette Gregg and will lead the association while a separate search for a permanent CEO takes place.
Wright is well known across the SITE community and brings more than 15 years of experience in the incentive travel industry. A former chapter leader and president of SITE Chicago, she joined SITE as head of Chapter Engagement in January 2020 and previously served as Interim CEO between October 2020 and November 2022.
“I worked with Rebecca during her first term as interim CEO, when I was president of SITE Türkiye. Through the pandemic she kept our chapters connected to SITE, and I saw first-hand what that meant for them. She brings that same continuity now,” said Hasan Dinç, president of the SITE international board of directors.
Wright added: “It is a privilege to return to SITE and serve this community once again. My immediate focus will be on supporting the team, listening closely to our members and chapters, and building on the momentum already established across the association. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with members and industry colleagues at IMEX America and in the months ahead.”
